Unknown Hose

Does anyone have any idea where this hose goes? I changed my high pressure fuel pump today, and I saw this sitting on the brush guard near the driver side of the car. I can’t for the life of me find where it goes. The smaller side of the tube has 3 holes in the end. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

automatic transmission vent hose. sits under the transmission mount/fusebox.
