Help! Limp Mode!!!

Yes, the car is in now in limp mode. What initially started as a "replace the gas cap" has now escalated to the fault codes you see below. I did some routine maintenance on my DDM cai, and over-oiled the filter. I fixed the mistake, but not sure if oil went through the intake system. We pulled the SC, and it showed no signs of oil. After correcting this the car took on an incredible 'deep sound'; nothing that I've heard before. Just before my car lost all power and did the limp mode, The SC took on an exponentially LOUDER whine as if on steroids! From the Youtube vids I've seen, it is NOT the death rattle. Checked the sc boots for leaks, for any detached hoses, and haven't found anything. Has anyone else dealt with this? Oh yeah, the car has 106k on it.
These are the codes:

Start with the easy stuff...

First check your air filter, ensure you have an unobstructed air intake, do you have a filter, is it clean(ish), is it intact, if not, is the airway free of filter debris, shop rags, tape, rats' nest, acorns, other foreign objects?

Check your Main Pulley (Vibration Dampener) it is possible that the rubber center is torn and during operation the broken pulley is slipping causing a low SC pressure causing low air pressure on the first sensor.

Check your serpentine belt is the belt polished, wet, dry rotted, or in any condition that looks as if it may not be gripping the pulleys?

There is a hidden/hard to get to vacuum line under the SC to the manifold that may have come apart (this has happened to me twice)

The MAS Air Sensors are in place with O-Rings, sometimes the O-Ring perishes and causes a vacuum leak and throws sensors off.

If none of these are the obvious causes, maybe you should do a SMOKE TEST, IF you can't do this your Independent Shop or Dealership can to Isolate any possible vacuum leaks.

Equal to that you can reset/clear the codes and see if they pop again.

Hope this helps, best of luck with it.

Motor On!

I know a little about this car.

First check your air filter, ensure you have an unobstructed air intake, do you have a filter, is it clean(ish), is it intact, if not, is the airway free of filter debris, shop rags, tape, rats' nest, acorns, other foreign objects? Air filter was opened up, cleaned and reoiled,

Check your Main Pulley (Vibration Dampener) it is possible that the rubber center is torn and during operation the broken pulley is slipping causing a low SC pressure causing low air pressure on the first sensor. Pretty sure this is an ATI installed in the last 18 months.

Check your serpentine belt is the belt polished, wet, dry rotted, or in any condition that looks as if it may not be gripping the pulleys? Belt was replaced within the past 6 months.

There is a hidden/hard to get to vacuum line under the SC to the manifold that may have come apart (this has happened to me twice)

This was a P0108 to start with and yesterday after removing/reinstalling the intercooler it was on the way back from my house that the limp mode occurred. Today when have I checked had the 0238 and the 1688. When Vmaxx started the car up yesterday the supercharger was really loud, so loud that I almost jumped back from the car. Could be two issues, a bad tmap and a supercharger issue. A loose belt and the supercharger might not spin as much but the thing was really loud at 1000 rpms.

Thanks for your suggestions, JA! I'm determined to get this thing ready in time for the IMSA race at VIR this wknd., any help is welcomed.
Now the update,
I cleaned the MAP/TMAP sensors, the o-rings looked fine, and checked the belt and pulleys. Charlie replaced the belt this year. The pulleys are moving freely. The SES & EML lights went out, so I thought the problem was fixed........
NOT!
I floored the car down a road near me to ensure the car was okay. Well, the SES light came on again, and the car started to 'stumble' as it approached 6k rpm. I could hear vacuumed air other than my intake. Oh yeah, Charlie also replaced the old BPV with a Detroit Tuned BPV. I'm out of ideas as the car freely revs to redline in neutral, but under load, no dice.
Could it be in the TB?
I'll (meaning my good buddy!) will keep at it.
