So on my 08 Clubman, I did a Parasitic Draw Test on the new battery I bought today.
I set the multimeter to Amps, 10A, connected Red wire to 10A, and black wire to COM, Connected my leads (red) to ground cable wire, and (black) to ground negative.
The meter reads 0.87 it flickers between 0.86 and 87 at first, however it drops down to 0.30, then drops to a constant 0.19 and stays there for a good 1 or 2 minutes, then drops completely to 0.00.
Now there's no possible way a my mini isn't pully any Amps at all.

So my question is: What am I doing wrong, or what's going on?

note: I know in modern cars, the car pulls very few amps for certain features of the car, like the alarm might not be activated at all, so that's why I'm asking. My mini might not be to modern as it's 10+ years old.
However, it just seems odd that this mini doesn't pull any amps at shutoff. Which to me seems great, as my battery isn't dying on me, but just odd.

Update: I called the dealer and spoke to one of their service men, and I was told it might be the FRN Module, which I had figured it might have been too.

 

I believe that module has an extended warranty for some years. I hope yours is covered.
