AC Recharging Issue

My Mini is not blowing cool. I put gauges on it and with adding a little bit of R134a, the low pressure is about 42 and high pressure is about 120 which is too low. Ambient temperature is about 85-90 degrees. Inside air from the event is in the 80s so it's not cooling. Any ideas what is going on?

Either needs more Freon to get to correct temp, which if it is not holding Freon then you have a leak somewhere. If not, it could be your compressor is shot.
