spark plugs for 09 Mini R56 N12

spark plugs for 09 Mini R56 N12
Stock 2009 base Mini Cooper R56 N12 engine 55k miles no mods
Researching for replacement spark plugs and these are 3 I've found that are compatible for my ride:
Beru 12ZR6SP03 High power
NGK PLZKBR7B8DG (90223) Laser Platinum
Bosch G2NME3011E Iridium
The Beru plugs are what are OEM presently. Prices online are fairly comparable and according to what I found online these 3 are OEM replacements. Asking for any input on which spark plug work best for them, any issues or general product info. Personally i'm just looking for replacement spark plugs for normal day to day driving.
*Couldn't find much product info on the Beru plugs.. Iridium? Copper? Platinum?
