Injectors for N14

Can current injectors be rebuilt? Flow tested? If not where can I purchase new ones in a matched set?

one does not simply purchase new injectors for a DI engine.. they would be custom and $$$$

**it would be cheaper to purchase a WMI system instead and spray based on duty cycle of the injectors.

Not sure What you were talking about. Pelican has new Bosch injectors for $72 each I discovered. Now my question is do they injectors come with the Teflon and the rubber seals installed.

N14 Injectors

The come with all the o-rings and teflon ring installed? Does the teflon need to be "prepped" before installation?

N14 Injectors

Do they have to be shaped with a special tool to make sure they seal in the head? Or do you just install them right out of the box?

You are supposed to use the tool, it makes sure you dont hurt the seal. Its like doing seals on the automatic transmissions, you dont want them to leak. And you might tear that seal.

Tool is here and right now on sale.

Even when using the correct tool, injector installation to the head should be done one-at-a-time, then the rail installed. It's an extremely tight fit, and trying to line up all four at once is damn near impossible.
