Newby that went to half power

I have an 09 R56-S that has k&n typhoon and Borla exhaust, I just went over 105 k and had the half power light come on. Other than no power, the car runs great. No noises, hisses etc but no turbo power. I thought it was because I used bad gas but have ran good with octane boosters. Any ideas?

Got an OBD II scanner?
Maybe someone local can lend you their scanner.

Thx

I went to autozone that said I had a cyl 2&4 misfire and probably due to bad gas but hate to think it still runs great except boost and nothing I can do without paying a fortune

What's the condition of your turbo? Any oil or vacuum leaks?

Unless you're using really old gas, its really doubtful that your issue is directly related to "bad gas".
If you think that's the case, you can drain it and pump 1 gallon of new gas.

Swap coil packs around and see if the code follows.

Still searching

I replaced nearly every sensor and vacuum lines. Checked the vacuum “can” and didn’t leak. No oil or wear around the turbo. When vacuum is applied, turbo valve open and closed. Vacuum pump sucks! Hpfp was replaced by previous owner. Valves need blasted but didn’t know if this would cause the ecm to shut down boost? Bov is fine. Car runs great other than lacking the power from the turbo?
