How far in the block is it broken.

 

Sounds like you need a bolt extractor kit from your local tool store. I assume you're talking about the hollow center bolt that secures the banjo fitting to the block? Should be able to get the right size extractor bit into that and back it out.

 

also try a pick...slow and stead tap it in an angular motion counter clockwise.
