Wheel speed sensor price range. Which brand?

In need of a new LF wheel speed sensor. I see there is a WIDE price range for this part, $16-120. Crazy!

I want a good quality part but I don't want to pay over $100 if I don't have too.

Reputable brands? Anyone have bad experience with the lower priced units?

I have used the Genuine ones and VDO "which is the genuine one". What you really have the watch is on install, you can break the head on the lower and higher cost ones the same.

Learnt some tribal knowledge on these wheel speed sensor tonight. Pricey sensor does not necessarily mean better than cheap ones. The failure often is due to the rusted hole cause the sensor to be damaged when installing.

Yep,

I done it before and was stuck with a VDO unit that failed only to find out it cracked and split the sensor head in half. I hit the dang hole with sand paper on a pneumatic tool and cleaned that rusty knuckle out. Then the sensor slid all the way in and down fine.
