No AC and No fans

Hi guys I'm new to the forums.
I just got my wifes 2006 Mini out of storage and having some issues with all the fans and ac. While driving back home the car started to overheat. The cooling fan (low/high) doesn't work, power steering fan doesn't work, ac/condenser fan doesn't work. When I turn the ac on, I don't hear or see the compressor clutch engaging. Fuses look good. Would a bad ac compressor cause all the fans not to work as well?

Thanks!

Going to move you the Stock Problems/Issues area.

First, is there voltage to each of the above? What is the voltage of the battery with the car off and the car on? Have you checked the engine area fuse box? The power steering fuse is on the bottom side of the engine area fuse box.

i haven’t had the time to check battery voltage yet or if there’s power to the fans yet. I will be tomorrow. So far I only checked f5 fuse in the engine bay fuse box from what I saw on here but it’s not blown.

Need to check the voltages and then the relays.

Dead AC compressor is indicated by the low speed fan not going on, but the relay is usually the cause. Relay wouldn't be a high speed fan issue.
