02 Cooper S, Crank no start

Had to remove the airbox and ECU to get to a coolant line. When I put everything back together it will crank but not start. Tried resetting the ECU, still nothing. Any ideas?

Be sure that the ECU plugs are fully set. Also be sure that none of the plugs on the bottom of the fuse/relay box.
