trans case, flywheel, clutch torque spec?
trans case, flywheel, clutch torque spec?
I am replacing flywheel, clutch and LSD for my 2013 JCW. Going to put everything back soon, I was looking for the torque specs, found some number, but not sure if they are correct. Can anyone confirm or correct me the numbers below. Thanks
- Flywheel to crank:~70 ft-lb (torque in 3 steps)
- Pressure plate to flywheel: 18-20 ft-lb
- Bellhousing to engine: 65 ft-lb (I doubt this number)
- Bellhousing (or clutch housing) to transmission case (holding all gears and diff): Cannot find it
new specs from newtis.info
- Flywheel to crank: step1-6 ft-lb, step2-22 ft-lb, step3-90degree
- Pressure plate to flywheel: 17 ft-lb
- Bellhousing to engine: 28 ft-lb
- Bellhousing to transmission case: 14 ft-lb

Here's a pretty new site that should have all the info you need --- https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/ --- doesn't require a subscription either. Kind of troublesome to find torque specs --- they're coded to another group of tables, but they're all there.
Thanks sgscomps, but it's a bit pricey to sub just for the torque spec.
