Cold start problem like no other, ticking noise while accelerating?

interesting problem here;

cold start, no problems. as i start to drive after cold start, everything is perfect. but just after about 2 minutes, something starts ticking rapidly (like 2 clicks per second) as i press accelerator. it doesn't do it at idle and it slowly fades away after 2k rpm and as engine becomes hotter.

it doesn't matter how hard i press accelerator as long as i am under 2k rpm. frequency doesn't change with throttle position either.

what is this?

i think you might need headphones to hear the sound (i cannot hear it on my pc but i can on my iphone 7, it is definitely audible). it clicks very rapidly, it is definitely coming from engine and i cannot put my finger on it since it doesn't do it when the car is idling.

So it isn't RPM or speed related? Clicks are always the same tempo no matter what?

Then I would rule out the engine. Maybe a relay somewhere in the dash?

I noticed your hazard lights button flickering! lights are routed to the FRM module.
