Replacing struts and saw in the strut mounts grease is fairly dried out and the bearings are dirty. I can even feel like the dirt when I spin the bearings. So I want to clean them and regrease. Has anyone done this?.Do I just spray some gumout and use a toothbrush? What kind of grease is used? I've got all purpose lithium grease and some black moly-graph lithium grease. Would either of these work?
