greasing my rear...

... control arms.
I have the H-Sport control arms and have just learned "The polyurethane bushings can be greased by utilizing the zerk fittings at each end." (WayMotorWorks)
I looked under there and saw them... but how do I grease them?
Any specific grease to use? I've never greased anything before... well... that's not entirely true.... but anyways...

I've been noticing a bit of creaking coming from back there especially when there is some lateral pressure, that's how I came about finding this whole greasing thing.

I love lmgtf!

Honestly, I did google it. I had to continue with my interestingly titled post though.

But still wondering what might be the best grease to use. Does it even matter?

I kinda want to be a jerk and make another url for "polyurethane bushing grease."

http://www.spohn.net/shop/1982-1992-...4-oz-Tube.html

This is what you want though, most likely you can find it locally. The main thing is the compound of the lubricant used. Need special stuff for poly bushings.
