Misfiring, Hesitation at high load

Hi guys,
So a couple of weeks ago i sent my ecu for a stage 3 manic water/meth tune, i got my ecu back and ran map b with no issues with awesome power for two weeks, i installed an AEM meth kit yesterday and after the install my car wouldnt stop misfiring and hesitating at high loads WOT, I turned the meth off thinking maybe the system was overflowing but the car kept misfiring. I pulled a spark plug and it looks good, checked all the sensors and everything seems fine. Do you guys have any ideas of what migth be the issue?
Im running the JCW one step colder spark plugs and 60/40 meth mix.
Im taking the car to the shop tomorrow and im going to check every connection is good.

Problem solved, had a bad coil, replaced it but the car was still misfiring under high loads. Took the spark plugs out and close the gap to .020. The car was good right away and no more issues!
