Knock in reverse while turning wheel+slow bumps?!

So like the thread asks... lol... When i back up and cut the wheel hard left, i hear a loud knock as well as when i hit bumps. I had my brother watch me backup and he said the wheel is sliding forward when i turn the wheel. So is this swaybar end links? I just replaced my LCA bushings as well as ball joints. However... i know i'm due for shocks as well. Thanks!!!

Could be CV joints.

Okay i went out and jacked up a front wheel at a time. They both seem about the same in tightness. top to bottom it's rock solid. wiggling left to right i can hear the steering column and it moves maybe .5"?

Another question while i have your ear... i can turn the tire about 3" in either direction, Is that much slack common? lol.

I've had a cv axle go bad to where it was clicking on the highway and made everything vibrate. This is a loud knock that i almost feel with my feet.
Could this have anything to do with my shocks which i know i need pretty bad?

My money is on a tie rod end being bad. You have half an inch of play when you put your hands at 9 and 3 and wiggle? Is it pulling a little? Or wandering on the highway?

it does wander a little.... if it's tie rods,
would that explain the loud knock I'm getting? seemed worse when I had my stock wheels on then these 15" steelies / ice-x
