I got a 2006 Mini Cooper s. The sunroof runs kind of slow it needs to be lubricated. I was wondering if anyone here has done this and what are the places I need to lubricate and what type I can use. Any suggestions are appreciated.

My sunroof was doing the same. It was barely moving.

I cleaned the rails then sprayed a bit of white lithium. Worked like a charm.

Smoooth...

 

Cleaning the gunk off the rails is a must before application.
