Backseat passenger side will not go down.

Has anyone ever have this problem..... both levers feels the same when pulling it up yet the driver side seat will not go down. Is there a way I can get to the lever (latch) so I can unhook it? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Aloha

looked in The Bentley manual page 520-6. There is a Bowden cable that goes to the backrest lock that you lift up. It does not show how to take seat apart but you may be able to take some screws off the backrest lock and take the lock out and see if other screws are holding backrest trim in place. good luck.

Ecs tuning. I believe he is talking about the rear seat and not the front seat. If you have some info on how to fix Back passenger seat not goin forward when you lift the little lever from the boot I think he would appreciate it.

Here is the diagram, you have to pull up on that rear handle #10 all the way and push forward, isf the cable snapped or is undone, you will have to remove #2
