Help.. Name those wires.!?!

I'm currently working on my brother's 2010 base mini because of an incident recently. My brother was driving on the hwy and a plastic bottle some how got stuck under his Mini's left front lower bumper.. With my brother's music bLasting, when he realized what had happened; my brother had already dragged the bottle for some mile and stripped his left front wiring under the fender liner. My brother had melted his washer fluid bottle and I had to tear it out of there piece by piece..

I have gotten a hold of a pig tail and attached all the ends to it's color matched wires but not power to fog lights and parking lights(on the fender). I checked all the fuse and they look fine. Right side fog lights and parking lights works fine, so I'm indicated that there is no blown fuse; but i checked anyways. eheh..

I tried and still am looking for a wring diagram for the wires located under the left front. I hope you guys are able to help me out here. I will add in more pictures tomorrow.

...after you repaired (spliced the wires back together) the did you check for continuity? Since the wires were torn, it is possible that one or more of the wires have been stretched and you have a broken wire hidden in unbroken insulation causing an open in your circuit(s).

There may also be a relay (circuit breaker) that is under the bonnet that might have been fried when the wires were rudely disconnected from their source.

Best of luck.

Motor on!

JABowders, thank you for your reply. I've been working and finally got a chance to do some messing with the mini earlier.

I did a temporary connect(twisting the bare wires together and masking it with some electrical tape) yesterday to just see if there is anything, apparently not. lols. I tested the wires for any kind of power or anything earlier and nAda, none of the wires as I check for them individually for any power.

I'm really hoping that there isn't any stretched wires or broken wires some where in the wiring loom. I opened up the main wire loom a bit further to see how the rest of the wires were physically and they defiantly look relieving. :D

I've been trying to look for a fuse box label and relay label but a lot of BMW related items only, nothing of what I'm looking for. I'm thinking if a blown fuse or something that connects the Left and Right side of the vehicle, if the left side is damaged and kills power to the left side, I'd figure that it'll do the same to the right side. Because the right side of the vehicle works fine(fog light and parking light).!??! I gotta find a wiring diagram or some sort of description of the two side and is there any connection between the two.
