Window Squeak

My windows are squeaking when opening or closing them. It seems to occur more often in hot weather. I have searched but found threads with no definite fix for this.

I third this problem. What the hell? I've lubed the tracks and that helped for a day. I don't know if it's this 100+ degree weather or what. But it's a horrid sound.
