Exhaust broke!

So my 05 MCS started to sound crazy today... after jacking it up... on the exit side of the first canister (the peice of piping that goes into the cat) has broken away. Almost like there's a flange that connect the two, but it's gone. Is there a flange or did my exhaust just take a dump? I'm attaching a pic.

Some info here:

You can either try to weld it or change it out for the Milltek which is on sale. Also check you motor mounts as when they go they help vibrate and move the exhaust underload.

Makes sense. My lower mount actually just went out and it had to be replaced last week. I took it and had it welded, I'll have to see how it holds up. Otherwise I'll be buying a new manifold. Thanks for the feedback

What's the sound difference in the resonated and non-resonated?

Louder in non resonated : Sound clips here for the R53, which is the same sound on the R52 S exhausts.
