I've searched, found some threads, but none specific to my issue.

When I first start the car and turn the headlights on, they dip then auto level just fine. After about 5 minutes, they point straight down.

I'm guessing a sensor, but is there a way to tell which one? Any way to test them?

Remove drivers side wheel and check the level level sensor that is mounted to the control arm. Good luck diagnosing.
