leaking turbo oil line
If it's just the bell housing and nothing else. It might be the main seal or the transmission fluid from the seal behind the guide sleeve.

That leak would be rear main or trans input shaft, but a leak that small...i would wait till it gets a lot bigger or when you replace the clutch. It's super small.
