no indicators no headlamps....2007 R56 justa

Hi guys really am having a nightmare with this little piece of turd.......been having idle misfire issues goin on a month now ,anyway i changed the ECU/DME/ews/cas key unit from another car to test the ecu made no difference to the idle....now when i have replaced my existing ECU and components i have no indicators,no headlights......the headlights only turn on when the engine is started without any input from the switch and cannot be turned off until the car is shut off.....madness......... also the ABS light is lit orange constantly do i need to reset something or is this another damm fault....cars killin me man......slowly but surely.......

I'm fast getting a crash course in these damm minis lol..........it would seem I did not realise the abs unit and steering angle sensor which controls the indicators self cancelling are hard coded into the dme......... Still doesn't explain when I replaced the original dme cas and frm I lost all headlight and indicator control..........crazy stuff angry but enjoying it all the same crazy wee wagons money boxes for stealers I would imagine.........hmmm
