CEL: p115d non-S 2010 R55

CEL: p115d non-S 2010 R55

Having this problem with the non-S R55.

Throws p115d. Once it threw a code (forgot the code) that states that lean condition was detected but never came back again.

Symptoms:
  • on start-up, sometimes the car just dies unless I rev it a bit
  • idle is high, probably around 1800
  • very sluggish throttle response, almost like it's choking
  • idle is very rough
  • coming to a stop, it will idle close to 2000 and after a few minutes it will drop to 900. Sometimes I can force it to drop to 900rpm if I blip the gas pedal a couple of times

I've read and read on p115d but most are on the "S" models.

Please your advice pls where to start looking? Or maybe what ultimate solutions were found by those who had this issue?

Hi there.. did you ever get to fix this. I have a 2010 clubman (non - S). Tried new MAF, new PCV membrane, new PCV hose, new oil cap. Still getting the dreaded p115d with exact same symptoms you listed. MAF seems to be reading well when i check live data on the code reader.
Any help is appreciated, thank you!
