Your air/fuel is way lean for idle.

You should be idling around 14.7:1 at operating temp, running that lean will cause a stumbling idle.

That code doesn't do much for diagnostic purposes, you need to have the codes read with a professional scan tool to know what is going on.

I have noticed that the Coopers have a slight stumble to them at idle, even when in proper running order.

Yes, you'll want to plug in with a code reader that can read MINI specific faults. This will help you determine what may be going on with your MINI. Is your CEL on?

Yes, an unmetered air leak would cause a lean condition, but you would almost be guaranteed a CEL with a vacuum leak on this generation car.
