Durlast Starter 17855
Durlast Starter 17855
I'll keep this short and simple. So, my starter decided to die on me the other day. I have a friend who works at AutoZone, and he was able to get me 20% off. I bought it, got home, and went right to work. However, I'm having some trouble getting it installed. I've installed a starter on my 06 Justacooper before and didn't have this much trouble. I have an 05 MCS now. Is this the wrong part or just difficult to install?
Hope it has a lifetime warrenty....
You will be changing it every year or so till you sell the car...
Virtually EVERY electrical component I have gotten from autozone has failed on me (all non-mini's...).
Wish the best of luck to you...but you have to admit....
Them having the wrong parts listed is not a good start...

I don't think it was the store. I had the same problem. Part numbers were opposite.
