My right turn signal does not activate either inside the car or the front or the rear.

On my car, with Xenons, the amber light in front is the turn signal and in the rear the center round light is the turn signal:
> the steering stalk will move up to signal, but nothing happens.
> I get no error codes on the dash or in MINI Connected.
> 4-Way Flashers do work. But, if I turn on the left turn signal the 4-Way Flashers shut off. If I turn on the right turn signal nothing changes.
> When I insert the key and activate the car, sometimes a big exclamation point "!" will appear in the dash display.

Is there a fuse or wire junction someplace that has gone south?
