Ok so after multiple dealer trips and searching for the culprit that was causing my chheck engine light to be on and this odd engine revving at stop lights, I finally found and fixed the issue. The PCV hose which is a plastic piece that reminds me of the playground tubes had a crack in the corner causing vacuum leak. I had to do a MacGuyver and used a piece or air hose taped into the old fittings. 2 Months later no check light, no revving on its on and better gas mileage.
