Hi all,
My 09 R56 S has recently visited the dealer for a few issues.( 600 miles ago, replaced timing chain kit and left fuel level sensor) When I get my car back, theres no errors in the secret menu. After I fill it up today ( was looking at the fuel level originally) , I've discovered there are 2 errors codes in there. They are 9319h and 931ah. It doesnt have any warning light. Anyone knows what's the fault code about? It has water pump and timing chain replaced in the history.
P.S. Its a MINI CPO vehicle.

What exactly are you calling the secret menu?

 

the one with holding the reset trip computer button. section 14

 

I am not aware of this menu. Could be a chassis code, like ABS or airbag related. In my opinion, if you have no half power lights or CEL's I'd relax.

 

Hi, did you manage to find out what the error codes meant. I’ve got the code 9319h on my mini and can’t seem to find it anywhere online. Thank you!

 

Dont know what was the fault, but the dealer changed the whole indicator wiper stalk clock spring assembly and the fault went away. That was 10 years ago, so i dont have anymore info.

Hard to find anything more. I don't know if this is simply from running the fuel tank too low, too full, a rogue communication error, or some plausibility error.
I wouldn't worry about it.
