Trying to decide what to do to Cooper and in what order?

So the local club has a quarterly DIY day where techs will walk you through repairs and various procedures. I am trying to sort out what I should do next. Cooper is a 2005 S R53. He has 69 some odd k. So far I have replaced the thermostat and crank shaft pulley. I have recently changed the front pads and rotors, flushed the coolant and brake fluid and clanged the oil. So I'm wondering a) what to do next and b) what to do at the some time due to part placement, etc. So far what I have on my radar is:

Oil Pan Gasket (leaking)

Back Brakes and rotors (Overdue)

Power Steering Hoses (leaking)
Paint Calipers ()

LCABs (Ball Joints at this time?) One is starting to wear

Serpentine Belt? (at time of oil pan gasket)
VBelt? (Since this should normally be done at time of inspection II)

Air Filters
Struts (when?) (how can I tell if my towers are mushroomed?)
Fuel filter
Sway bar (I've heard this is a must?)

Anything else I've overlooked?

Take care of the brakes and power steering hose leak 1st.

VBelt? (Since this should normally be done at time of inspection II)
There is only 1 belt, the serp belt.

Struts (when?) (how can I tell if my towers are mushroomed?)
Look on top of the strut mount and it will be pretty obvious.

Sway bar (I've heard this is a must?)
This is one of the 1st mods that should be done.

Do a search on some of these things and you will see lots of threads to all your questions. If not we are here for you.

Suggest you look very closely at the crank position sensor o-ring to see if it's the culprit rather than the oil pan gasket. Much easier, less expensive and less time-consuming to fix.

The tech at our local mini place showed me where the gasket was leaking so I'm fairly confident that it is the oil pan gasket. I plan on changing the crank position sensor o ring at the time.
