Hello all,
I just did a Pulley install. Does anyone know the correct torque specs for the motor mounts and Idler Pulley Bolts as well?

Thanks,
Carl

Thanks P.

I figured out the torque specs. I purchased a TIS and ETK CD from BMW that has all the torque specs as well as instructions on everything on the MINI. I can forward those to you if you want the specs for each bolt mentioned.

Thanks,
Carl

I'm sure that after doing 300+ pulleys, Randy has a very good feel for proper torque ie: 1grunt, 1.5 grunts, etc. I've been to two (2) Pulley Partys recently, Richmond & Ohio and, didn't see Randy use a torque wrench once. I would suggest that while you don't want to leave any nuts loose, torque for motor mount bolts not a major issue.

Thanks for the offer, I looked my answer up in my disc....now you know why I didn't give you all of them. enjoy.....watch the instructions...sometimes they are over the top...I experienced that while changing front struts......
