I am having trouble with my 07 mini turbo. It seems to be cutting in and out loosing boost or something. The dealership wants to replace it for 3 grand which ain't happening. I found a sticky with helpful info posted by motor on and pathos. But the links with info are no longer working. I have sent them both pm's but their username or address kept disappearing from the recipient box, so I don't know if the messages were sent.
Specifically, what I am looking for is as much info as possible about removing the factory turbo in my 2007, info about the stock turbo, any common issues, maintenance, etc. If you can send me a link with any info I would greatly appreciate it.
