have a red warning light need some input

I started to get this warning now every time I start the car, and the break light stays red even with the E break down. I'm also getting a message for service with it after that.

The car drives normal, nothing has changed. I'm just looking at what might be causing the problem before I have to get it checked out at the dealer, especially now that that the warranty just finished.

That center indicator is the "Vehicle Check" light; it turns on due to condition based service (CBS) tasks stored in the ECU.
It's simply an end-user reminder that your xx,xxx mile inspection is due.

The e-brake light staying on could be tied to the CBS recommendations.
Or it could be that it sees low fluid level in the master cylinder reservior.

In addition to the above, the BRAKE warning could be a brake pad sensor "tripped."

Best thing to do is to check your Check Control messages (the little triangle next to your trip odo).

Follow this link for the PDF that has the list of the CC-ID numbers:

Then cross reference via the attached PDF file.

For example the CC-ID-302 in the video is from the EGS module (transmission). Transmission pos. P not engaged Transmission position Position P is not engaged. The vehicle could roll away.

ok turns out its for my breaks, they are supposed to be due for service. I got a cost of $614 at the dealership to replace my rear pads and rotors. $600 for one seemed way to much and two how could my rear rotors need to be replaced before my front?
Breaks are a easy job I'll end up doing it myself for a 1/4 the price depending how bad the rotors may even be.

Before you go buy the parts check your brakes to make sure they need to be replaced. I did my brakes and about a week later the brake light came on so I thought maybe I didn't put the sensor in properly. Turns out that brake light is also managed by mileage. It will trip at a certain mileage to let you know that it probably need brake work. I just reset it per the owners manual. Try that if your brakes appear to be in good condition.
