How come this guy gets it and the stupid idiots in the Senate just can understand that this crap is costing and not saving a damm thing.

They also don't get::

Gas goes up---The economy goes down***** Gas goes down --The Economy goes up. It has been that way since 1972.

 

Nothing new here, but it's nice to see someone is actually trying to do something about it. I won't get started on what's wrong with American politics, but I think if our Founding Fathers could see us now, they'd be sorely disappointed. Good post.

Brazil has been using ethanol since 1976 in 25% and 75% mixtures with no ill effects and they don't rely on oil from the middle east.

 

It doesn't seem to be doing Brazil all that much good does it? I thought all this nonsense was meant to reduce emissions detrimental to the ozone layer? I'd love to see data on car maintenence and repair costs in Brazil.
