Model designations?

New guy on the block. I have a 2005 S, six speed manual xmission. Is this an R53? What are the various "R" numbers, and what years/accessories
change the "R" designation?
Thanks in advance!

R53 if it's a hardtop, and the last year for that model.

That's all I'm going to give you, since searching out the rest will teach you so much more, and you will be glad you did :-)

That would be incorrect. 2006 was the last year for the R53.
