Anyone know what the O2 sensor voltage amount should be?

...upstream O2 sensor is reading .3, thinking it may be the cause of my persistent p2188 cel, rough idle, and occasional loss of boost in my 07 MCS. Want to arm myself with info prior to bringing it into the shop as murphy's law has dictated that the cel not be present every time I bring it in. Thanks!

It should vary when warmed up, between about 0.1 and 1 volt, but usually oscillating above and below about 0.4 to 0.5 volts.
