Mysterious Leak!

Yellow,

I was driving one day to the gas station and I had low gas, and while I was at a stop light, I felt my car shaking a little. I reached another light, and my car was running smooth while idle. Then, the next light I reached, my car was shaking a again. I looked at other forums and people said that It could be problems with you supercharger, some pump or something. At the end of the day, I looked into my hood and say a little leak. A week later, the little little turned into a huge leak. Within the week my car was both running smooth and shaky while idle. I have one picture of the leak when it was a huge leak. If you know what the problem might be, please give me a hand on what is happening, how much it would cost to fix, and IF IT IS STILL SAFE TO DRIVE! Also, I don't even know where the the leak is coming from. I don't know what it is. Thanks!

That's your hydraulic engine mount that has failed, a common Gen 1 problem. The oil is leaking out of the mount itself, not the engine so you don't have to worry about the engine losing oil. Just need to buy a replacement mount and replace it. Not a big job, detailed in several posts here if you search.

Yellow,

Thanks man. How much do you think it would cost to fix? Is it an easy job to do it myself? Thanks!

So I found a tutorial for you, doesn't seem too bad.
Here's the thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ine-mount.html

Seems like a do-able DIY
