Whenever I lightly accelerate from a stop or slow roll there is always a very horrid rattling sound that is occasionally accompanied by a squeak. I can't really tell what is making this rattling sound.

In the video: Stopped at idle I can reproduce the noise by very lightly going on/off the throttle. The sound is much more significant when accelerating from a stop with light throttle. If I rev it up and slip the clutch quite a bit you won't really notice the sound. But I don't want to do that for good reason.

There seems to be this low frequency popping in the video when I put on the throttle and I think that was the mic clipping. I didn't notice that sound in person.
My friend recorded it on his droid so don't yell at me for odd random motions. :p

What could this be? Supercharger? Any ideas would be helpful. I explained the noise to the dealer when I took it in for maintenance and they didn't seem to notice it I guess.
They did mention that my hydraulic engine mount was leaking. That's the only thing I can think of that might be contributing to the sound but not the cause of it.

 

At .14 seconds it shows the hydraulic upper engine mount....under it looks like it leaked out....has it been replaced ?

 

Finished reading post.....I would say the mount is almost gone.

 

Yes the mount is leaking and probably needs to be replaced.
Are you saying that is what is causing the rattling noise?

 

I had my friend (who is a mechanical engineer) watch the video and he thinks that the noise may be coming from a dead lifter. Either the lifter is bad or oil pressure to the lifter isn't significant enough at that rpm under load.

He mentioned adjusting the valve lash but I can't find anything on procedures. :|
