Dropped the vent screw!
Dropped the vent screw!
Ok i flushed out my coolant system this morning. As i was venting the system using the 2 screws the one on top and the one next to the t-stat. I dropped the tstat screw and i cant find it. What should i do?! Im really worried because i cant drive it without the screw. Should i search around the bay to find the screw or put on another one?!

You might want to check the local autoparts stores to see if they have anything to replace the one you lost. Many cars use similar coolant vent screws so they might have something equivalent. If you cannot quickly find a vent screw you might be able to find a metric screw/bolt that will fit for a temporary solution. I would wrap the screw/bolt with teflon tape to make sure it seals well.
For longer term, you might be able to order a replacement from penskeparts.com or pelicanparts.com. You can use penskeparts.com or realoem.com to determine the part number.
