JCW S, Valve noise at startup

New here although I have been an owner of a DS/B S since June '03 and now with a Works conversion.
I've noticed one or two threads concerning valve noise at startup. Since having the Works conversion I have been, occasionally, having a very serious valve train "clacketing" at startup. I did not experience this prior to the conversion. Has anybody else had this with a Works S and has there been any resolution ?
