Dealership charge me $300 for OEM parts/labor. Is it reasonable?

Not sure about the price. There are aftermarket replacements that will not leak.

Are there anyone in northern california know any shop doing Mini Cooper repair? Please refer to me so I can install a TSW instead.

On the other hand, what is the damage if I dont replace a new motor mount? Please advise.

Just do it....the motor will rock more and more every-time you shift or use power......sooner or later something will give....It needs to be done.

OE brand, total was $170.
