I need your advice
what component is in the picture?
Because it is broken and leaking oil
I think it is engine silent block.

Very common 1st Gen problem.Leaking engine mount.

Looks like your engine mount has failed. This is a pretty common problem with MINIs.

I would replace the mount as soon as possible, and clean up that oil before it eats into the paint.

Nice diesel engine, by the way!
