Sun roof gasket problem.

After one day of driving, I noticed a wind noise from the front of my sun roof. It sounds like it is not completely closed.
Upon investigation, I found that the adhesive on the sun roof gasket has released it's grip at three of the corners. It looks like the gasket is 'just tight enough' to put unnecessary stress on the adhesive. I tried to press it back into position with no luck. There is not enough hold left in the adhesive to keep the gasket in place.
The wind noise is not a major problem. I have driven cars that have more 'normal' wind noise. I am concerned that I will get water intrusion from rain, etc.
I called my SA and MA this past morning and now I'll be driving 35 miles back to the dealer for them to 'fix it' on Thursday.
Here's hoping..

Update to follow.

oh no. jeeze. I was was just going to ask if anyone with a clubman has had any issues with their sun roof.

I hope they can fix yours in a jiffy.

I still think I want one, but my husband is dead set against them. We had to pay over $1000 for a new computer in my current vehicle last month because of a leaking sunroof.

I have had a Coupe for five months, if it were not for the Sunroof, I would still be waiting to see if I wanted a 2nd Gen Cabrio expected next summer.

Would expect Coupe and Clubman Sunroofs to be identical, mine had about 1/4 inch overlap at center of gasket in rear, easy to fix.

It has always been completely silent when closed, I use a pressure washer and it has never leaked a drop.

Well, here is the update on MAGILLA's gasket problem. I got a service appointment on Oct 10th. The SA who looked at the problem stated that the adhesive holding the gasket to the mounting flange was releasing it's grip. (That I could see, myself ) They ordered a new gasket assembly and it was installed on Oct 23rd. Subsequently I have had the sunroof open several times and driven through heavy rain twice. There has been no problem with the new gasket.
The service was done quickly and cleanly. Although MAGILLA was not perfect upon arrival, I am still one happy motorer.
