Ok well when I turn my wheel I get some not very loud creaking happening from the steering column that I can't seem to figure out. Any ideas? Also when I am driving I hear some semi high pitch rattling coming from the same area in my steering column. Any help would be great. Thanks...

 

My only experiance with rattles there was the tach sat a little loose so I added some soft side tabs of velcro underneath it for vibration dampening. Near invisible, cheap and never had the vibration return after.

 

I thought that was it but after fiddling and holding the tach the vibration noises can still be heard...
