How do I fix this rusted/broken exhaust hanger?

Besides install a Milltek.....

 

Find a buddy with a welder... I could do it, but I'm a little far away...

 

Funny you should say that. I can still see this around-the-muffler exhaust strap/hanger sitting on the floor of the muffler shop as I drove off with my new Milltek exhaust. There are enough of us out there that are replacing the stock exhausts and have no use for the brackets/straps that you can surely find someone who is willing to send you one for a very small fee, of not for the cost of shipping...................
