Low tire light came on an on an on

Added air to all 4 tires and light will not go out . Is there a procedure to make it happen.

Yes there is....
You have to reset the system. Unfortunately, it does not measure the air in each tire, it just detects rotational differences between wheels.
Turn the ignition until all the lights turn on in the odometer. Hold down the button under the emergency brake (yes, there is a button there) for about 5 seconds. If the low tire pressure light was blinking, it should become solid at this point. Start the engine and drive away. It should go off in 10 seconds or so....
