I am hearing a similar noise too! My car has the automatic climate control as well.

 

I also have Auto Climate and I too hear it when the car is near idle engine speeds. Very faint and more of a "bomp", "bomp" sound, not really a beeping sound. Never really worried as I just thought it is part of the electronincs doing their thing. Peculiar though for sure.

 

wow! I've heard this also. Glad I'm not the only one. I too have the auto AC.

 

I am getting this sound now too, right after an amp was installed. No clue what it is.

 

My '05 makes a series of small noises after start-up, and after shut-down, as well. The car is full of computers and modules, fergoodnesssakes, and goes through its routine.
