Anyone else waiting for software update?
I've been waiting the last 3-4 months for a software update having to do with my MINI lagging and stalling when it is HOT outside. I've heard of others in the southern states of the U.S. having the same issue. I'm just curious if there is anyone else out there still having this issue and is really ****ed off about it. I have decided to park my MINI until this issue is fixed and I am hating every day of it too!!!

My nearest MINI dealer in Sacramento, CA which is Niello MINI has told me that MINI USA has not come up with a software solution for the stumble and stalling problems for my MINI. They just told me to wait... Hopefully MINI Division could clarify this...

I hate to be a doubter, but I wonder how the MINI National Customer Relations Representative will contact sugar. PM on MCO? I doubt it. I think that nothing will happen here unless sugar calls MINI...and then what..."Hello, my name is sugar and your robot told me to call?"

Droid or not, I just cabe back from a BMW research center in NJ, and i have nothing but good things to say about the company. They contacted me because of the "stumble" problem and I went to meet with them. I am now completely convinced that they are doing everything they can to resolve the issue asap. More details in the "Stumble" thred. I'm going there next to describe the experience.

It's a cold Start issue... the upgrade resolves the weakness in the heat w/AC on....
I had it done 2 weeks ago and it's all good now!
